Drops Into Space

I got a new lens yey. its a 50mm 1.8 canon lens and it is amazing i can't even. totally worth the money.

Anyways it a bit different to what i normally take pictures of but i got these lens and i wanted to experiment. I saw several image or bokeh lights coming out of jars and cups so i wanted to try it myself since i have these lenses.

I basically used christmas lights which i taped to the wall and used a small lamp to light up the cup, the light source of the lamp wasn't strong enough to light the wall where the christmas lights were. There are many tutorials that can be found on youtube on how to do this.

Any thoughts? or any improvements? I would love to hear your comments!
